![]() ![]() ![]() MindManager also lets you create and execute macros using Windows Visual. ![]() from MM to OpenOffice Calc via add-in "Export-to-Excel"Įach of one costs 15 to 28 €, which seems an acceptable price. Well, MindJet has just released a new and significantly upgraded version called. from MM to OpenOffice Writer via add-in "AutomateIT!" I use the 'Export new tasks to Outlook', 'Syncronize changes with Outlook', and 'Only export topics that use task data options'.T hen, I can sync. That way, when I sync with Outlook, it doesn't bring in everything on Outlook's task list. Nevertheless, it could fit in your needs. While MindManager macros can be very useful for automating repetitive operations in MindManager, it can be a little tedious to launch them. I use a separate map for each medium/large projectr and create the tasks and next actions in MindManager. Unfortunately for me, it runs only with versions MM7 and above. Then, I recently discover some add-on that allows to do the same relations with open office. I gradually switched my other softwares (browser, messaging, etc) from proprietary to open source ones and was obliged to keep MS Office because I am heavy user of MindManager and its exportation features with word and excel exclusively. For now, the most advanced open source software Freemind is far less usable, less powerful and less complete than MM. Although I stay working with MindManager 6 pro instead of regularly upgrading, I never found any other software as best as MindManager. ![]()
